Strategic UX Designer Driving Impactful, Visionary Solutions
-
User-Centered Design Process
In my work, I prioritize putting the user at the center of my design process because I believe that understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points is crucial to creating meaningful, effective experiences.
-
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
For me, UX design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about solving real, tangible problems. When I take on a project, my focus is always on understanding the core challenges and designing solutions that not only meet user needs but also support business goals.
-
Strategic Approach to UX Design
I take a strategic, holistic approach that aligns design decisions with broader business goals, market trends, and user needs. I don’t just focus on individual design elements—I aim to craft a cohesive, long-term user experience that drives both business value and user satisfaction.

mobile design
the PHOEBE app
the PHOEBE app is a menstrual health app that seamlessly integrates herbal medicine practices throughout the user interface, offering herbal remedies for physical symptoms and scriptural remedies for emotional symptoms.
As the sole researcher, designer, and content strategist, I scoped, executed several rounds of research, and iteratively designed this multifaceted app while maintaining a user-centered lens.
mobile redesign
Guillotine Leagues App
Guillotine Leagues is a twist on the fantasy football experience, presented in a website and mobile app. Though the game is clearly a hit within the community, the app experience often detracted from the joy, suspense, and friendly competition the game has to offer. Our team embarked on redesigning the mobile app, focusing on increasing user confidence through the complex bidding system and by introducing delighter elements by including branding assets found on the website.
I conducted research as part of a team that uncovered key areas of success and pain points for the primary users of this platform. From these findings, I created an interactive prototype of the waiver bid system to model areas of recommended improvement with annotations for stakeholders.
design strategy
Consultancy Website
My team and I provided our Client with a design strategy to appeal to and connect with Providers who are looking to become licensed or maintain their 245D licenses.
As a primary UX Researcher and Designer, I produced a system of touchpoints that strategically meet our Client’s goals. I conducted deep dive research and prototyped 2 unique parts of the system.

HomesRunner App
My goal for this project was to better understand where the app succeeds in meeting customer expectations & needs and where improvements can be made to increase a streamlined user experience.
I was one of the User Experience Researchers and sole Designer for this project. I conducted a heuristics analysis on the app, developed usability tests and helped conduct them with 8 participants, synthesized the raw data, and produced several design concepts to recommend for the client.
